Salesforce Developer

Engineering Philippines (Remote) Full-time

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Developer based in the Philippines. We’re open to a range of levels, from promising junior to seasoned expert - the bar is capability and curiosity, not years of tenure. As one of our early technical hires, you will not be a ticket-taker - you will be a builder. You will work directly with our CTA Founder, offering a rare opportunity for elite-level mentorship and a seat at the table for architectural decisions.

Your mission is to design and implement custom solutions that push the boundaries of the Salesforce platform. This involves engineering robust Apex frameworks, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex API integrations. We are looking for an engineer who cares about why we are building a solution, not just how.

Qualifications

  • Technical Horsepower: Proficiency in Apex (design patterns and asynchronous processing) and LWC. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to engineer around platform constraints with precision.
  • Architectural Logic: Strong understanding of integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
  • Academically Minded: A strong foundational understanding of Computer Science or Engineering principles. We value high cognitive horsepower and a history of scholastic achievement (e.g., high honours, Dean’s List).
  • Problem-Solving Rigor: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using logic rather than just “trial and error.”
  • Experience: Any level, junior through expert. We prioritise “the goods” and high-IQ potential over simple years of tenure.
  • Professional Poise: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and articulate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, etc.) are a plus but are strictly optional. We care about your ability to solve problems, not your ability to pass exams.

Nice-to-Haves (The “Extra” Goods)

We are looking for well-rounded engineers. Experience in the following areas is highly advantageous:

  • Modern Front-End: Proficiency in React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Full-Stack Capability: Experience with Node.js or other back-end languages.
  • Cloud Architecture: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ecosystem Depth: Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds.

Why Join Sliick?

  • Direct CTA Mentorship: Collaborate directly with a Certified Technical Architect. This is the fastest way to reach the top 1% of the global Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Boutique Culture: No red tape, no corporate fluff. We are a small, elite team where your voice actually matters.
  • Complex Challenges: Work on projects that actually require an engineering mindset, not just drag-and-drop configuration.

How to Apply
